Return Policy

Warranty & Out-of-Warranty Policy 

Opened and/or installed products are only eligible for warranty repair or replacement. Please contact your sales representative for assistance. 

Products outside the warranty period may incur repair fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. The turnaround time for warranty repairs is approximately 3–6 weeks, including shipping and evaluation. If the product qualifies for a refund, it will be issued within 14 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. 

Return & Refund Eligibility 

To qualify for a return or refund: 

  • The product must be factory-sealed, unused, and in brand-new condition
     
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase. 
     
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. 
     
  • Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, a restocking fee of 20%–50% will apply. 
     
  • Opened products are not eligible for return or refund. 
    Once the factory seal is broken or the product has been installed—even for testing—it is considered used. 
     
  • All returned items must include a completed RMA Form and be shipped back together with the product.
