Q: What mobile app should I use for my device?
- CS Value Series – Use V247
- CS Pro Series – Use iVMS810 or Guard Live
- EasyCosy Series – Use LongVision
Please download the corresponding app from the App Store or Google Play based on your device series.
Q: What is password for devices?

Q: How to recover the password?
CS Value series:
- Recover password by answering security questions.
- Recover using the USB key.
- Recover by scanning the QR code with the app (If you didn’t add a recovery email in Wizard, please contact us and send the dynamic security code to us).
CS Pro series:
- Recover by scanning the QR code with the app (If you didn’t add a recovery email in Wizard, please contact us and send the QR code to us).
EasyCosy series:
- Use a screwdriver to open the back cover of the NVR. There is a reset button located at the bottom of the mainboard. Press and hold it for 15 seconds to reset the NVR.
Q: What is the RTSP address of Value series?
Take this address for example, rtsp://admin:1@192.168.1.88:554/52
“192.168.1.88” is the IP address of NVR/XVR
“554” is the RTSP default port
“5” refers to channel 6,
“1” refers to the stream type. 0 refers to main-stream,1 refers to sub-stream.
So the RTSP address of channel 13 sub-stream is
rtsp://admin:1@192.168.1.88:554/121
the RTSP address of channel 2 main-stream is
rtsp://admin:1@192.168.1.88:554/10
